The food was good and fair priced for the portion size. The restaurant was clean and bright. The service was kinda slow, but they were getting busy and it may have just been a momentary issue. Would return, just not with my picky kid.

This restaurant is family run and has the best hot bowls and food in town. The food preparation is excellent!

I have tried a few Vietnamese restaurants in Richmond but I think VN one still the best restaurant in this area. Food was good with fresh ingredients, staffs were very friendly, patience and the restaurant always clean.

Customer service was extremely good. Employees were well kept and very responsive. Food was AMAZING especially for being so healthy. Will be coming back with my friend from northern VA in the next month. HIGHLY recommend especially if you have never had this kind of food before.

We come here very often. Before finding this hidden gem we were looking for an Asian restaurant that was family-owned, that served comfortable Asian food at a reasonable price. Also, we were looking for a better service than the previous one we were going. I am eager to say that here it was a pleasant surprise. Whether for lunch or dinner the food is consistenly good and the service is fast and great. The pho is consistenly good while not the best but the service makes up for it. So, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants good Asian food in the area.

No explanation needed. Best food. Just a Richmond experience everyone needs. Always packed. Seat yourself. Order. Eat. Pay at the register. It’s flawless and the family runs it like a perfect machine. We are here on a weekly bases if not more.

Their BBQ pork roll (paired with their fish sauce) is incredible.

Very good. Sick vegan options, like crispy spring roll tofu vermicelli noodle bowl, tofu curry, lemon of the grass tofu, and veggie pho with bean curd!

This place is a gem. It has hands down the best phone in Richmond. The Bahn Mi is excellent as well. Cost is very reasonable. Some people don't realize that they do not bring your check to the table. When you're done eating, just go to the register, and they will have your bill there.

Small place, big flavor. Vietnam One is my family's favorite place in Richmond for Vietnamese food, and I think we've tried them all. Great service and prices. Also their pho is a must if you're feeling under the weather.

I've been coming here for years with friends and family. They have great spring rolls, steamed or fried. They make great pho and broken rice dishes. They also have a great selection of bubble tea.

I have been there many times as a child and finally went back yesterday, nothing changed, it's still wonderful food and service!

We were unsure about this place with the unhelpful FB website and calling them was really annoying as well. Food was great! Small amount of sides but bowl was already full of noodles and meats with some dressing already done. We also ordered shrimp spring rolls. Very good and the sauce was delicious. Tired staff very efficient and attentive.

Best place to get a lunch combo for ten bucks. This place is one of the best pho restaurants I have ever been to in Richmond. Service is fast food is great. I will be bringing the family here from now on Convenient right off 64. Folks that run it are nice people too

I had the seafood pho and spring rolls there. The presentation is good, service is fast, stuffs are nice. The spring rolls were delicious. Pho was hot and serving size was good. But, everything lacked seasoning, especially the seafood in the pho. It was bland and had no flavors to them. The fishballs and imitation crabs were almost inedible. Fishballs were spongy and didn't taste or smell like fish at all.

FINALLY found a place in Richmond that serves Banh Mi; it’s pretty good too. Had an excellent experience on a Monday night. Ample seating. Ordering process was straight forward and to the the point. Food didn’t take long to come out. Pho is pretty good, egg rolls as well. We will be coming back.

Food is pretty good with lots of good options. Not very expensive with most noodles under $10. The service is fast. Feels very crowded everytime probably because the seating is very close to each other.

Best phò in Richmond (have tried them all). I end up here several times a month and before every race I run. Phò is the perfect pre-run dinner.

Loved going here until on the way out my husband saw a roach crawling on the countertop. We did inform the staff after we left so that we wouldn't create a scene. Which sucks cause this was one of our favorite spots.

The grilled pork chop special wasnt as good compared to mekong. The portions were ok but a little on the small side. My pork chops were tiny lol. My girlfriend got the pho w/brisket and steak. She was also skimped on the meat and overall just wasnt as good as pho so 1. The food here is average.

Was looking around for a bahn mi sandwich and I found this place. They have two different ones chicken and pork. The picture is of the pork. Also had the seafood combination pho. Had some Bbq pork rolls but those were gone before I could snap a picture. Overall it’s a nice environment and friendly staff and good food.

What better to warm your bones on a cold day then a hot bowl of pho. The pho broth is super tasty. Other dishes are good too. Usually a pretty quick lunch.

Very good food. We went for lunch during a weekday and they have a lunch combo with certain menu items, a soup and a fried or spring roll. The broth in the wonton soup is one of the best I've had. They also have special Asian style drinks. I got Thai tea and it was delicious. Expect the parking lot to be packed during lunch time because the restaurant is hopping.

Have been going to this place for years (12+) and is my go to place for vegetarian Pho, tofu BBQ and spring rolls! If you want fantastic Vietnamese food, look no further.

Delicious Southern Vietnamese style Pho. The broth for this beef pho was flavorful and delicious. I found that I completed the meal without even thinking of using any side sauces. I ordered P1 "Pho Diet Diet" featuring steak, flank, tripe, and beef meatballs. Customer service was nice and attentive. Stumbling into places like this is why I love traveling.

This is our favorite place to eat lunch. The food is wonderful. Our favorites are the chicken or pork barbecue vermicelli, the noodle soup and the crispy rolls and spring rolls. It is obvious when you eat here that it is a favorite place for local Vietnamese families to eat. The atmosphere is homey.
